My SWR WM10 combo has died twice because of the output circuit component
failure. I use the WM1x10 extension cab as part of the rig, so I'm positive
that the total impedance is well within the amp's load specs. I am very
disappointed in this SWR amp. My amp technician says he frequently sees
output circuit component failure in these amps. The $75 repair bill sucks
(again...). I'm going to sell this piece of crap amp and buy something
else...maybe an Ampeg head. I think SWR has a design flaw in these amps, and
people should know about it.

I agree that you shouldn't have all of these problems, but SWR makes some
incredible, dependable gear. Give the higher end SWR Pro line a try.
