I have a Mesa Boogie Lone Star Special - 6 weeks old purchased new from
the Guitar Center in Mayfield Heights - that I am interested in selling.
In the store, with Ohio sales tax, the amp will cost you - out the
door - $1840. The amp without tax sells everywhere for $1699.

Why buy it from me and not new from Guitar Center? It's basically the
same thing, because, as you know, Mesa's warranties are transferable and
last for five years! I will provide the original sales slip and you
can register the amp under your name (I've not registered it yet). So,
by buying it from me instead of GC, the only difference is that you will
save yourself some very real dollars.

Who am I? I am a 50 year old gear nut with one too many amps. A
non-smoker family guy, I take meticulous care of my gear. See my eBay
rating (panagnostos) and you'll get a sense of this. (I am not selling
the amp on eBay.)

This amp has never been out of my house, never pushed, and was never in
the showroom. It came direct from the shipping box to my house. It
comes with everything that comes standard with the amp, including hang
tags, wheels, cover, pedal, and manuals. It is virtually a new amp.

I won't bother going into the attributes of the amp except to say that
it is quiet as a mouse and roars like a lion (Hey, Mesa: you can use
that in your ads if you want.) Great Fender cleans, huge Santana
screams and everything in between. Jazz, country, rock and blues. It
does it all.
