Hi all,

just one question:

Was the original PT build in a way that one could (internally in the
chassis, small plugs) change the AC from 110 to 220 Volt. Someone selling a
Deluxe which he says is build that way i. e. it needs no separat transfomer
here in Europe for the 220 Volts outlets.

Thanks a lot.

Cheers

The United States versions were not built for dual voltage as sold. I'm not
sure about any international versions. BTW - you will likely get more
responses on alt.guitar.bass, this NG has much fewer posts (and very little
off-topic political postings).

Hi,

The AC30 was from the start in 1960 buildt with an AC switch, where it's
possible to change the voltage in 5 positions from 115 to 245 Volt.
